- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wow! I would certainly agree with the unfriendly service of a gentleman (if thats what we want to call him) that works there. Not personable and made NO effort to be helpful. Customer service skills were nonexistent and he was down right rude. A friend in the lobby can corroborate the story. They should transfer him to a behind-the-scenes job if they must keep him as an employee.By Maureen Heath, April 02, 2017
